Representative Ramras placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 196(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House adopt the Senate letter of intent (Senate Journal page 1785). There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCS CSSB 196(FIN).
